The Container Store Keeps Consumers' Attention With Helpful Emails

I've been meaning to write an entry about The Container Store's Spring Organization Tips emails since the first one hit my in-box on the last day of March. After that first one ("Getting Started") it just slipped off my radar until, number 2 ("Spice Up Your Kitchen") arrived.

Like clockwork they kept showing up, and like clockwork I kept forgetting to write the entry. But when number 7 presented itself Tuesday I realized The Container Store really had something good going on and I wanted to make note of it. Not only are these emails attractive, fun and useful, but they've gotten to the point where I've actually begun to anticipate their arrival. That's no small feat!

It seems that the one I received this week should be my last. What a shame. But perhaps it's just a case in point about not having too much of a good thing. That's perfectly understandable, but I hope The Container Store is going to leverage this peripheral attention they've gotten from me during Spring Cleaning season and make it carry over at least until back-to-school shopping starts up again.
